This is a great Caribbean shrimp dish that I wanted to get on Zaar for the Caribbean. This recipe comes from Walter Scheib, former White House Chef. The warm fruit salsa is a perfect accompaniment & adds to the flavor of this wonderful dish.

Most amazing dish I ever made. I have made it four times in the past year and I have received rave compliments and many requests for the recipe every time. My friends and family love it so much, I have to keep the ingredients on hand. I add scallops sometimes...WOW...what a treat. Thanks for making me look good!Reply
