Homemade Chorizo

"Savoury and spicy chorizo made with pork, garlic, vinegar and dried chillies. This is a cheat's chorizo, as there's no need for casings. I just think everything tastes better when it's homemade - try it and see!"

  • In a blender, combine garlic, oregano, vinegar, crushed chillies and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Place minced pork in a bowl and cover with the marinade; cover bowl and refrigerate 8 hours or all day. Refrigerate or freeze for future use.
