- 1 garlic clove
- 3 teaspoons dried oregano
- 100 ml cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons chili flakes
- 100 ml water
- 1 1⁄4 kg ground pork
directions
- In a blender, combine garlic, oregano, vinegar, crushed chillies and water. Blend until smooth.
- Place minced pork in a bowl and cover with the marinade; cover bowl and refrigerate 8 hours or all day. Refrigerate or freeze for future use.
