DIRECTIONS

  • Mash up peeled banana.
  • Scrabble eggs and add with banana.
  • Then add baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Melt 1 tbsp of butter in frying pan. Fry 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
  • Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
