- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
directions
- mix all ingredients.
- marinate the chicken breast overnight (turn in marinade often).
- drain chicken.
- grill chicken.

Wow, was this good. We really enjoyed the chicken prepared and cooked this way. I did marinate the chicken breasts for two days, resulting in a delicious flavored chicken. I layered the thinly sliced chicken in a fresh italian bun with ripe sweet tomatoes and slices of sweet onion. It was excellent. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe.
