- kalamata olive
- cucumber
- alfalfa sprout
- yellow onion
- plain yogurt
- paprika
- red chili pepper flakes
- salt

- All ingredient measurements are to taste*.
- Dice Cucumber and Yellow Onion. Can leave olives whole or chopped if desired. Throw all ingredients in a bowl/ zip lock/ or bento box and go!
- *I used approximately 1/4°C Diced Onion, 1/4°C Diced Cucumber, 1/4°C yogurt, and a pinch of all spices. I threw the Alfalfa Sprouts on top as a garnish.
