MEATBALLS
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten

MEATBALL SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1⁄2 cup molasses
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2⁄3 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- MEATBALLS:.
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook over medium-high heat in skillet. Meatballs are cooked when there is no pink in the center.
- MEATBALL SAUCE:.
- Combine the above ingredients n a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat. Add meatballs, heat on minimum for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
