  • preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Beat eggs in shallow dish.
  • In another dish, combine breadcrumbs and soup mix.
  • Coat pork chops with with egg then with breadcrumb mixture taking care to coat both sides well.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes flipping over halfway through.

  1. I didn't have any onion soup mix so I added some splashes of Worcestershire sauce to the beaten eggs and about 1 tablespoon of dried onion flakes to the panko bread crumbs. It works!
