"A lovely holiday drink for a cold winter night."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 1 drink
• Serves: 1-2

ingredients

• 3⁄4 ounce vodka
• 3⁄4 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
• 1⁄2 ounce white Creme de Cacao

directions

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vodka, Irish Cream and crème de cacao.
2. Shake until frothy and strain into a Martini glass rimmed with crushed.
3. chocolate.

This was a great cocktail. The hint of chocolate in the creme de cacao was just the right amount with the creamy Bailey's Irish Cream. I chose this for one of my recipe choices for Spring 2011 Pick-A-Chef, and I am glad I did. It was really yummy. Thank you for sharing your recipe, Dessertcher.
