Delicious rhubarb custard pie with the bonus of meringue!

ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 3 -4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- grated orange peel

Meringue
- 2 egg whites
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
directions
- Put rhubarb in pie crust.
- Beat eggs and sugar. Then add in other ingredients. Pour over rhubarb.
- Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
- Whip meringue ingredients until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie and bake until peaks are browned.
