Easy Scrambled Egg Bagel

  • Combine liquid eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in 4-cup glass measuring cup or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap leaving a small space open for venting. Microwave on 70% power (medium-high) for 1 minute. Remove and stir. For slightly runnier eggs, microwave for 1 minute longer, or for firmer eggs, microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds longer.
  • Remove eggs and let stand for 30 seconds.
  • Spread toasted bagel with butter and top with eggs. Add tomatoes and lettuce if desired.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
