Easy Scrambled Egg Bagel

- 1⁄2 cup egg creations original liquid egg, well shaken
- 2 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
- 1 whole wheat bagel, sliced and toasted
- 1 teaspoon gay lee spreadables butter
- sliced tomatoes
- lettuce (optional)
directions
- Combine liquid eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in 4-cup glass measuring cup or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap leaving a small space open for venting. Microwave on 70% power (medium-high) for 1 minute. Remove and stir. For slightly runnier eggs, microwave for 1 minute longer, or for firmer eggs, microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds longer.
- Remove eggs and let stand for 30 seconds.
- Spread toasted bagel with butter and top with eggs. Add tomatoes and lettuce if desired.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
