Disney's Chimichurri

"Haven't tried this recipe yet, but I did have the original at Disney World many years ago. I don't know how faithful this copycat is- looks good though!!"

ingredients

• 5 ounces green onions, chopped
• 10 ounces green peppers, chopped
• 5 ounces parsley, chopped
• 2 1⁄2 ounces garlic, minced
• 4 ounces olive oil
• 2 ounces lime juice
• 1⁄2 ounce coarse black pepper
• 1⁄2 ounce salt

directions

1. Blitz all in blender and serve with crusty bread, yuca fries, and steak!
