- 1⁄3 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1⁄2 banana (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon flax seed (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup coconut, shavings (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup dark chocolate shavings (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup peanut butter (optional) or 1/4 cup almond butter (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup nutella (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cranberries (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup canned pumpkin (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup lightly salted peanuts (optional)
