"Sausage with veggies in the crockpot"

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 lb sausage, cooked
• 10 ounces pesto sauce
• 28 ounces diced tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 cup diced onion
• 1⁄2 cup celery
• 1⁄2 cup carrot
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 16 ounces pasta, cooked

directions

1. Place all ingredients (except pasta) into a crockpot.
2. Cook 6 hours on low.
3. Serve over pasta.
