Creamy Meatballs in a Hurry

"Frozen meatballs (Ikea), canned soup, and misc. things in the kitchen. Didn't have sour cream so used cottage cheese. It was quick and ugly, but the kids loved it served over egg noodles."

• Serves: 2-4

ingredients

• 1 lb frozen meatballs
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
• 1 cup cottage cheese

directions

1. Throw everything in a pan.
2. Cook until meatballs are heated through.
3. Add more or less milk depending on desired thickness of sauce.
