    The 24 net carbs per serving is about a day's carbs for many on keto diet. It must come from that processed and flavored Pollock! :/

    Looks good but, for my keto diet, I'd want full-fat cream cheese and, for several other reasons, it's real crabmeat or nothing for me. "Imitation" is highly processed in various ways. Should work fine with actual lump crabmeat. 30 lbs down in a few months, 50 to go!

    Used real lump crab, doubled amount of crab, added 1/2 tsp. Of paprika, chives, and paprika to jazz it up. Turned out great!
