Great recipe. I used ground turkey breast and it turned out perfectly moist--not dry at all! I am planning to make breakfast sandwiches with whole wheat english muffins out if these. Thank you for a delicious healthy breakfast recipe!

Very yummy and a healthy, feel-good breakfast. I used my mini chopper to combine all of the ingredients before adding in the egg white and turkey. This made it easy to incorporate everything. I also froze the uncooked patties (wrapped in waxed paper) and took them out and cooked them as needed. These were great chopped up and added into an omelet with a little bit of grated cheddar.

This is such a good recipe I have now added it weekly to my breakfast menu. Plus it is so versitile a pinch of this a little more of that whatever you like to suit your tastes, but I definelty wouldn't leave out the apple! That's what makes it so juicy. The ground turkey is so flavorful. I'm really hooked. Thanks!

This is really good. I like to make it with a little less nutmeg and more red pepper. You can pinch off a little piece and cook it to check the seasoning. If you use ground turkey breast, it would be legal for South Beach dieters.
