This turned out very tasty. A sweet/sour dressing on the chopped cabbage was very good. I do think that it needed a little more liquid, so I added about 2 Tbsps. fat free cream. It worked out well, and made the slaw creamier in texture. I will be using this recipe again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

This is very tasty and it comes together quickly. I've made it several times now and we love it! I <br/>used the bagged coleslaw mix ( the carrots may add slightly to the carb count) and added about 1/4 c. finely minced onion, used celery salt rather than celery seed, white wine vinegar, Nutresse sweetener and white pepper. I used 1/2 c. Mayo and it was just right for a nice creamy coleslaw. Thanks for posting this.
