• 1 sprig rosemary (garnish)
• 1⁄2 ounce apple cider
• sparkling wine (champagne or prosecco)

directions

1. Pour in the apple cider and top with sparkling wine to one fingernail's length below rim of glass.
2. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
