ingredients

For balls
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheese
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 100 g cornflour
- 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 and half cup of boiled sweet corn
- 1 teaspoon salt

For coating
- 1⁄4 cornflour
- 1⁄8 cup maida flour
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- breadcrumbs
directions
- Mix all the ingredients needed for the ball as a dough.
- Roll the dough as balls
- Make a smooth paste with the ingredients under the "For coating" sub division.
- Dip the balls into the paste.
- Roll the balls over the bread crumbs.
- Fry it in the oil till it becomes golden brown in color.
- Serve hot ! With tomato ketchup !
