Cheese Corn Balls

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• For balls

• 1⁄2 cup grated cheese
• 2 chopped green chilies
• 100 g cornflour
• 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 and half cup of boiled sweet corn
• 1 teaspoon salt

• For coating

• 1⁄4 cornflour
• 1⁄8 cup maida flour
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• breadcrumbs

directions

1. Mix all the ingredients needed for the ball as a dough.
2. Roll the dough as balls
3. Make a smooth paste with the ingredients under the "For coating" sub division.
4. Dip the balls into the paste.
5. Roll the balls over the bread crumbs.
6. Fry it in the oil till it becomes golden brown in color.
7. Serve hot ! With tomato ketchup !
8. Your Cheese corn balls is ready !
