DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare 8x5 loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Combine flour, carrots, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda & salt.
  • Add water, eggs, oil & vanilla. Mix until moistened.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
