• Yields: 6 quarts

ingredients

• 8 quarts tomatoes
• 5 cups corn
• 2 quarts carrots
• 5 onions
• 2 heads cabbage
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 5 quarts water

directions

1. chop vegetables.
2. boil 1 hour.
3. process 1 hour in water bath.
