This is absolutely delicious! My husband picked up Lite Cherry Pie Filling. Which is one third less sugar. It was perfect. Still really sweet. We topped it with RediWhip. So good!

Can it get any easier? I think not! It's cooling right now. Took a small taste and it is so good. I sprinkled fresh grated nutmeg on top for added flavor. Yum!!!

Do I use the whole box of cake mix? Can I use yellow cake mix?

Can I use fresh or frozen blueberries instead of canned filling?

Used three cans of apple pie filling, butter and spice cake mix. It was wonderful served with vanilla ice cream!
