DIRECTIONS

  • Mince the garlic.
  • Finely chop the chilis.
  • Chop the cilantro.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead them together. (FYI The mozerella cheese is the shredded kind) Add the spices to taste.
  • Form into a ball and roll into a large sausage.
  • Cut into 10 patties.
  • Saute on low heat till both sides are browned. It'll take about 10 minutes.
  • Dress up your burger as you like.
