  1. We really enjoyed this nice easy dish. I did have to cook it a bit longer after adding the water because the potatoes were still hard. Thanks for a great recipe.

  2. I was very impressed with this dish. I added broccoli, omitted the beans and chopped everything pretty coarsley, but did everything else as you wrote. So Yummy! I thought the BBQ sauce wasn't going to be enough at first, but it was perfect. It was definately enough for six servings too. Thank you for posting!

  3. This was really good and loved by all adults and kids in the family. I agree that it is more like 6+ servings. Very easy to make so it is a perfect weeknight meal. I didn't use onion for my onion "haters" I used onion powder instead and forgot carrots, but it was still very yummy!

  4. This is a very good dish and simple to make. It made well over 4 servings, I'd say more like 6-8 you can get out of this. The kids loved at lunch time today. Raider, thank you for posting this recipe as I'll be making it again. Made for *PAC Fall 2007* game

I'm a network administrator and also teach step aerobics. My hobby during warmer weather is my vegetable garden. I love to cook and make up interesting recipes. I've recently been put on a restricted diet. No dairy, gluten, wheat, oats, sugar. So, I'm looking for ways to spice up my meals. I cook non-restricted meals often as my husband can eat whatever he wants and I love to cook for him. But, once a week, I make him something "interesting" and healthy and he has to at least try it. So far, it's been a big hit.
