BBQ Crock Pot Chicken

ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 15 ounces muir glen organic tomato puree
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup white whine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
directions
- Place chicken in crock pot.
- Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
