I always love easy meals to prepare. This is definitely one of them.

This recipe was delicious! My only negative comment is that the cooking time listed is far too long (although perhaps this is just my crockpot). I cooked the chicken on LOW for 4 hours and then shredded it and it was cooked perfectly--moist and not at all dry or tough. I would recommend using a small red onion so the onion flavor doesn't overpower the BBQ sauce (as it did when I made it for the first time) and I also chopped the onion because I don't like stringy cooked onion (too slimy in my opinion). Overall, great, easy, simple recipe that yielded delicious results!Reply
Loved this! My daughter made this for us, and it was delicious. We made sandwiches the first night, made with toasted garlic bread buns and we had the leftovers on a salad dressed with ranch, then topped with the bbq chicken and some Black Bean & Corn Salad (Recipe #27778). It was great both ways!Reply
