ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Whisk the flour, milk, cinnamon and vanilla together.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Cook the first side in a heated frying pan, flip the pancake when it's ready and do the other side.

I am a a mother of one little boy who has Autism... this means I am a very busy lady but I still love to cook and enjoy spending hours in the kitchen with the little man. One day he'll be a chef!
