- 2 plum tomatoes
- fine breadcrumbs
- parmesan cheese, Grated
- dried thyme
directions
- Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish.
- Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and thyme.
- Bake for 15 to 20 min at 375 degrees.

This is a wonderful, easy and delicious side. I followed the advice of some and put some minced garlic and onion to the top of the tomatoe before adding the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese which I mixed a little melted butter. Yummo! Fixed this along with stuffed bell peppers and broccoli. Thank you.
