Cranberry Pecan Tarts

Ingredients

    1. 24 prepared tart shells ( store bought or homemade prepared)
    2. 3 eggs
    3. 236.59 ml corn syrup
    4. 236.59 ml granulated sugar
    5. 29.58 ml melted butter
    6. 4.92 ml vanilla
    7. 177.44 ml fresh cranberries or 177.44 ml dried cranberries
    8. 177.44 ml coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Beat eggs lightly in mixing bowl.
  3. Add sugar, syrup, melted butter and vanilla, mixing until blended.
  4. Sprinkle cranberries and pecans in tart shells, dividing evenly.
  5. Pour filling on top, filling two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or just until set and golden.
  7. Ideal for freezing.
