- 2 lbs zucchini
- 2 onions
- 1⁄4 cup salt
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
directions
- Wash & thinly slice zucchini (leave skin on) peel & quarter onion & cut in this slices. Cover with water & salt let sit for 2 hours. Drain thoroughly. Bring remaining ing to a boil, pour over veg let stand for 2 hours, bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute Pack in Hot sterilized jars and seal!
