- 2 lbs yellow squash
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 2 cups herb stuffing mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 ounces sour cream
- salt and pepper
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Steam squash until soft and mash.
- Mix all ingredients together, place in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.

These was very easy to make and very good! I took this to a Ladies Meal I was hosting and got tons of compliments and requests for the recipe! I wasn't really sure how I felt about squash, but this was really good! The only change I made to the recipe was to leave out the onion! Thanks for a great recipe, Bogey'sMom!
