Yellow Squash and Red Onion Sauteed in Milk

  • 2 yellow squash, sliced (more or less)
  • 1 red onion, sliced (more or less)
  • 118.29 ml milk (skim, 1%, 2% or whole)
  • salt
  • pepper

directions

  • Pour the milk in a skillet and heat gently.
  • Add squash and onion.
  • Cook until done to your liking, I prefer still al dente (some people like them soft and squishy).
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!
