  1. These potatoes were amazing Teresa. So much flavor. They were perfection, crispy on the outside and soft and tender in the inside. Loved the flavoring from the olive oil, sage and Parmesan. So good. Made as written and wouldn't change a thing. Kudos on Making it into My Favorites Cookbook for 2015. Made FYC Tag Game.

  2. These cane out lovely, slightly crisp on the outside and very tender on the inside. Lots of great flavor that was so good with small steaks and a green salad last evening. :D

  3. Really enjoyed the seasoning on these wedges & will definitely be making them again! A great snack, whether plain or with a dip, that's for sure! Thanks for posting the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Stars tag]

  4. Nice potato recipe Teresa! I followed the advice of a few others and cut them a bit thinner and cooked a bit longer because I love a crispier potato but that does not take away from your posted recipe at all. The flavors were spot on!! I did use a garlic/pepper grinder for the salt & pepper you have listed. Made for Potluck Tag game.

  5. Very good! I made these as directed, but probably cooked a little longer in the skillet to get them nicely browned and crispy on the outside. I made one serving for snacking on during the football games today and served them with recipe #350000. Thanks Teresa for a nice treat. Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

<p>? Hi! My name is Teresa.? My husband and I like to take RV trips but it seems lately we just us it for vintage motorcross races. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, have done some rock climbing but age is creeping up on my poor old bones. Anything to do with the outdoors I enjoy, so why do I live in rainy Washington state? We have 2 wonderful children, both grown. My son lives in LA and my daughter and her husband recently moved back in the area with their little boy...our grandson... who just turned?5 years old. We have a granddaughter who lives close by...she just turned 23 this year. She's a sweetheart.? Life is good when you have a son and a?daughter and they?gift?you with a granddaughter and grandson. :)??</p>
