- 2 lbs red potatoes, chopped into wedges
- 1⁄4 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
directions
- Layer the potatoes, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, and butter in a crockpot.
- Cook on high in the crockpot for 4 hours, or on low for 7 hours.
- Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
