  • Cook the wild rice according to package directions. If using my posted recipe, click on the link to the directions then proceed as follows:

  • Remove wild rice from the heat and drain off the water if necessary.
  • Stir in the pine nuts, red onions, and dried cranberries. Garnish with more red onions.
  • Add salt to taste.
