  1. I made this for Sunday dinner the other night. It is absolutely delicious. So very easy. My whole family loved this, kids too.

  2. This was soooo good! I used the whole 12 oz package of white chocolate chips and mixed the cream cheese and chocolate with my mixer. I topped with toffee bits but would be really good with blueberry topping too! This won't last long around here!

  3. This is a great cheesecake recipe! I loved the toffee bits on top. It really took it over the edge. I used store-bought graham cracker crust to make it easier!

  4. I used Cookies And Cream Kisses instead of white chips. Tastes great. Had to force myself to save some filling for the pie crust??

  5. Drop dead wonderful and this coming from someone that really does not like white chocolate. Served with raspberry sauce (but am sure any other topping of your choosing would be fine). Do suggest strongly that you use the best quality white choclate you can buy because it is worth the extra expense.

Tweaks

  1. Amazing! I actually used this as a last-minute easy dessert for company after the pie I tried to make flopped. I'm so glad I found this little gem! It came together in no time and after a few hours in the fridge it was ready to go! I actually used homemae whipped cream in place of the frozen whipped topping and mini Hershey kisses in place of the toffee, and it worked great. Everyone loved it. Thank you!

  2. Besides being incredibly easy to prepare, this pie has plenty of cheesecake richness and flavor. I used a shortbread cookie crust instead of the graham cracker crust. I'm also sure toffee bits aren't the only thing that would go well as a topping for this pie. Other candies and fruits would also work well, and next time I think I'll try blueberries or cherries. Thanks for posting this recipe Amy

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
