- 354.88 ml wheat germ
- 473.18 ml flour
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 7.39 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml salt
- 14.78 ml cinnamon
- 2.46 ml nutmeg
- 2.46 ml ginger
- 2 (467.76 g) can crushed pineapple
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 236.59 ml vegetable oil
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 591.47 ml carrots, grated
- 236.59 ml walnuts, chopped
directions
- Mix wheat germ, flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices in a large bowl.
- Add undrained pineapple, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
- Mix together to form batter.
- Stir in carrots and walnuts.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out dry.
- Cool 10 to 15 minutes in pan, then invert to release the cake and cool on wire rack.
