- 4 -6 chicken thighs (skin on, bone-in)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
directions
- Use a 4-quart slow cooker.
- Put the chicken into the stoneware.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for about 6 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
