- 1 1⁄2 cups whipping cream
- 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup yoghurt
- 1⁄2 cup sugar, turbinado
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
directions
- In bowl combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla. Whip with mixer until stiff. Add evaporated milk and yoghurt., Mix 30 seconds on low speed.
- Cover and put in freezer. Stir every 45 minutes until frozen (about 5 hours).
