Thank you for your submission! I don't think I got it right just yet but I mainly wanted to get your twice baked method down. I couldn't use the cayanne because I have a toddler. I have been having a problem making great baked fries. However, your recipe got me closer. I also think it is in the way the potatoes are cut in that they need to be cut somewhat similarly in order to have the same cook time. Anyway, I gave a decent rating cause with everything else (minus the onion seasoning too), my husband and toddler liked them. They weren't perfect because I don't think I kept them in the oven long enought the second time perhaps. But you have steered me in the right direction. Thanks!
