directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, garlic, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire. Mix well. If the meat seems too moist, add additional bread crumbs until it is a consistency that will form a loaf without flattening.
  • In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and other sauces to form the glaze.
  • Spray a large baking or roasting pan with a non-stick spray and press the meatloaf out forming a loaf which is oblong. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf evenly.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 35 to 45 minutes.

  1. Easy and delicious; thanks for sharing! One clove of garlic didn't look like nearly enough for our tastes so I used three and it was perfect. I didn't have A-1 steak sauce so I used Heinz chili sauce. It turned out moist and delicious, as advertised. We both really loved it and I'm definitely keeping this one. Thanks again! UPDATE: Yup, makes great meatloaf sandwiches the next day, of course!

  2. A very easy and wonderful recipe, my husband liked it more than the ground beef meatloaf I make. Thanks!

  3. Wonderful lighter version using ground turkey. We all enjoyed it.

  4. This was awesome!! My twelve year old who won't eat anything liked this. I now prefer Turkey over ground beef for meatloaf because of this recipe. Thanks!!

  5. sorry virginia, but this is better! i loved this meatloaf! the cheese really added a lot of flavor. the only changes i made were to use seasoned breadcrumbs as i was out of italian seasoning and i also added a little brown sugar to the glaze. my 16 month old daughter gobbled this up--that says a lot!!!! thanks for the great recipe!
