• 1 lb ground turkey
• 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
• 3 tablespoons oatmeal
• 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
• 1 egg yolk

1. Blend turkey, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oatmeal, milk and egg yolk and form into 1-inch meatballs. (I use my cookie dough scoop to form the meatballs) Brown meatballs in olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat;.
