The meatballs are a soft moist texture, a manageable size and relatively quick to prepare.
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 3 tablespoons oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 1 egg yolk
