  1. In small skillet, saute celery and onions until tender.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in corn bread, cubed bread, broth and seasonings.
  3. Transfer to a greased 1 qt baking dish.
  4. For Gravy.
  5. Melt butter in large saucepan.
  6. Whisk in flour and salt until smooth.
  7. Gradually add broth and milk.
  8. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cook and stir for 2 minute.
  9. Remove from heat. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into the egg and return all to the pan, stirring constantly.
  10. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir for 2 min longer.
  11. Spoon half of the gravy mixture over the dressing.
  12. Layer with turkey and remaining gravy.
  13. Sprinkle with bread crumbs if desired.
  14. Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minute.
