  • Place tuna and oil in mixing bowl.
  • Chop chilis, lemon grass, mint, and onion. Mix with tuna.
  • Stir in lemon juice and fish sauce.

  1. So glad I bought Birdseye chilies, lemongrass (as well as fresh lemons) and fresh mint at my last shopping. This made a very quick and delicious lunch served on a lettuce leaf. So bright and vibrant tasting while being very health. Hard to beat that! Made and enjoyed for Culinary Quest 2016.
     
  2. 10 g of veggies seems to be 1/2 a cup good filling for my wrap made for 1 zwt9 dialed back fish sauce for me and if you not from thailand ,you might want to reconsider 5 chilis lol start with one and if you want build from there lol
