Tropical Salad

"this is a very strange but good salad I found long ago cant tell you where but when I tried it I liked it I hope you do to I have some very old recipes and strange ones ."

ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup olive oil
• 1⁄3 cup Wesson Oil
• 1⁄3 cup sunflower oil
• 1 tablespoon all purpose Greek seasoning
• 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons dry mustard
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1⁄3 cup white vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup toasted coconut
• 1⁄2 cup toasted almond
• 1 head bibb lettuce, cut up
• mandarin orange
• 1 lb cooked shrimp, cut in bit size pieces

directions

1. mix 3 oils in blender and set aside blend greek seasoning mustard sugar and vinegar . while blending add oil slowly . cut lettuce drain oranges cut shrimp in bite size pieces and toss all in a glass bowl pour dressing on top add nuts and coconut.
