    Ingredients:

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Put olive oil, vinegar, grated cheese, parsley and mustard in a glass jar and shake well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

      Combine lettuce, tomatoes and olives in large salad bowl; toss.

      Add dressing to salad and toss again.

      Loved, loved, loved this salad! Didn't change a thing but next time will add more olives because my family devours olives of all kinds!

      delicious salad that's easy to throw together. i also added arugula and used fresh parsley from my garden, lots of olives and red and yellow grape tomatoes- very colorful too.
