Tomato Cream Pasta.

"Can't remember the actual name for this one but it is fancied by all of my family and friends. I usually like serving this with a romaine salad with cherry tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper. And garlic bread."

Why do they always have to have an about me section. I never know what to put. Well I am an insurance agent representing AFLAC> I love to cook. Everywhere I travel I try and meet people who are willing to teach me the traditional ways to cook there types of food. I spend 8 months with my ex's mother to learn to cook Mexican food traditionally. Went to California and learned some of the different cultures over there. But mainly my favorite was Sicily, Italy. Where I learned some of the traditional pasta's over there, That are nothing like the pasta's we make today here in the US. I miss it very much and wish I had more time there to learn more of the tradition that I so despratly miss. But I am hoping to get in contact with some of my itlian friends and go for a long visit some day. Well there yah have it. A long boring list of things along the lines of cooking. LOL.
