My sister and I kind of threw this together and loved it so i thought i would share it!!

Directions

  1. Put some pasta on to boil.
  2. Fry the onion in the oil, once softened add the diced up sausage and other vegetables, i used the ones listed above but im betting you could add almost anything!
  3. Add the tin of chopped tomatoes to the sausage mix and heat through, add a dash of chili sauce (optional), then add the cooked pasta, once its all combined and served add salt and pepper if required.
  4. I have also done with rice and it turned out pretty yummy too!
