- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

FILLING
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
- 1⁄2 cup coconut (optional)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Mix batter ingredients until well mixed and thick.
- Spoon batter into paper lined tins dividing evenly between 12 tins.
- Bake at 375F degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.
- While that is baking, mix all filling ingredients together.
- Remove from the oven and spoon about 1 Tbs. filling into each cup equally.
- Bake again for about 15 minutes.
- Let cool then enjoy.
