  1. Very rich chocolate flavor and a hint of something else... something that you just can't pinpoint...?! My guests couldn't guess the secret ingredient(though they were impressed when they learned that the ingredient was tofu!) There's something slightly earthy about the flavor, but the texture is sublime, creamy, thick with palatable mouth feel. I added 1 tsp vanilla extract my 2nd time around and liked the flavor much better. Also served this with a little dollop of non-dairy whipped topping. What a wonderful dessert and creative way to use soy! Thanks for the recipe.

  2. Wow! This is amazingly easy and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and will definitely make again.

  3. Good if you use chocolate chips, excellent if you use high quality chocolate. My toddler loves it and it's really filling.

  4. so good, so simple. I made this twice, once with nestle chocolate (not so good) this time with Ghirardelli (very good). only let it chill about an hour and it was great. i'll be layering sugared strawberries next time. thanks for posting :)

  5. Yum! I found that 2 bananas contribute an overwhelming flavor, so I just use 1/2 of one ripe banana and find that provides appropriate flavor. Also, using high-quality chocolate is KEY -- since tofu essentially contributes zero flavor, the "quality" of your dessert will be directly related to the quality of the chocolate used. (Use mediocre chocolate and you probably won't like this recipe very much.)
